In plain language
- Offer your services (customs, insurance, warehousing, cold storage, maintenance, tyres, roadside help, tracking devices) through your MARSA portal.
- You aren't listed until the licence for each service is approved.
- Your offer binds you while valid, and your profile must be accurate.
- Your ranking depends on performance; paid promotion is labelled “Sponsored”.
- Customers pay you directly; MARSA never receives service payments.
2 · Licences
Each service requires a valid licence in the country where it is provided, and it isn't published until that licence is approved.
3 · Accurate listings
Profile details must be accurate and current; misleading claims are prohibited, including claims to speed up or guarantee government approvals.
4 · Requests & binding offers
Providers respond to matching requests within [24 hours] or decline. Offers bind while valid and state scope, duration and exclusions.
5 · Execution & evidence
Providers update request status and upload proof of completion; falsified evidence is grounds for immediate termination.
7 · Fees & subscription
Providers pay a monthly subscription in USD [or a commission on completed services — pending owner decision]. Promotions and ads are paid and labelled.
8 · Performance ranking
Providers are ranked by rating, response speed, completion rate and licence completeness; promotion never buys organic ranking.
9 · Non-circumvention
You may not lure a customer met through the platform to complete a requested service off-platform to avoid fees.
12 · Data
Providers process customer and shipment data only for the service and notify MARSA of any incident within [24 hours].
