In plain language
- No fee on any load you carry through MARSA; we earn from you only if you choose a paid plan.
- The shipper pays you directly: 30% at pickup and 70% after POD acceptance (or automatically after 48 hours). We never receive or hold your money.
- Your quote binds you while valid, and a booking is a contract of carriage between you and the shipper.
- Keep tracking on during the trip, document milestones and collect a complete POD.
- Cancelling after booking affects your trust score; if the shipper cancels late, you're owed the cancellation fee directly.
2 · Eligibility & licences
Carriers must hold every licence required for international road haulage in their country of registration and in transit and destination countries, including [TGA licence / Egyptian authority licence], and renew them before expiry.
3 · Vehicles & drivers
No vehicle or driver may be dispatched with a mandatory document that is expired or expires before the delivery window ends; the platform blocks such dispatch. Drivers are the carrier's responsibility.
5 · Binding quotes
A quote binds its sender while valid (48 hours by default), and the shipper's acceptance within that time creates the booking. Withdrawing after acceptance counts as a carrier cancellation.
6 · Booking & dispatch
The carrier assigns truck and driver within 12 hours or 24 hours before pickup, whichever is sooner; otherwise the booking is treated as cancelled by the carrier.
8 · Cold chain
Pre-cool the box, keep temperature within range, run the sensors, respond immediately to excursion alerts, and never open the door outside approved points.
10 · Rate & payment
The shipper pays the carrier directly: 30% at “loaded” and 70% after POD acceptance or auto-approval; the carrier confirms receipt in the app.
11 · Fees & subscription
No fee on carriers for any booking. Monthly plans in USD: Free $0, Pro $53, Business $133, Fleet Pro $266, Enterprise from $667.
13 · Incidents & waiting time
Report any incident, breakdown or damage immediately with photos and location. Waiting: 4 free hours at pickup or delivery, then at the rate agreed in the booking.
15 · Non-circumvention
For [12 months], you may not arrange off-platform carriage of a load posted on MARSA with a shipper you met through it to avoid platform fees.
17 · Insurance & liability
Carriers keep cargo liability and vehicle insurance valid in every country on the route, and are liable for the cargo from pickup to delivery.
