- We collect only what the freight marketplace needs: your identity and company, loads and shipments, truck location during active trips only, temperature readings and proofs of delivery.
- We don't sell your data or use it for individual ad targeting.
- Data of users in Saudi Arabia is stored in the Kingdom.
- You have six rights over your data, and we respond within 30 days.
- We notify the authority of any breach within 72 hours and tell you if you're affected.
- You can delete your account from inside the app.
1 · Who we are

2 · Data we collect
Identity and contact data, company data and documents, loads, shipments and quotes, truck location during trips, sensor readings, proofs of delivery and usage logs. We never store card data; a licensed payment gateway processes it.
4 · Background location (Driver app)
Truck location is collected only during an active trip, from accepting the assignment until delivery or cancellation, with a persistent on-device notice. We never track drivers outside trips or use location for ads.
6 · Storage & cross-border transfers
Saudi users' data is stored in the Kingdom. Egyptian users' data is stored in [location] and is transferred out of Egypt only as the law allows. The party in the other country sees only the shipment data needed to perform it.
8 · Your six rights
To be informed, to access and get a copy, to correct and update, to delete when no longer needed, to withdraw consent, and to object or complain to the authority. We respond within 30 days.
9 · Consents & marketing
In Communication preferences you choose each channel and purpose, and we record every consent with a timestamp. Marketing SMS is sent only at permitted times and at most once a day.
10 · Security
Encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, staff two-factor authentication, logging of every access to personal documents, and regular penetration testing.
11 · Incident notification
If an incident affects your data, we notify the authority within 72 hours and tell you without undue delay where it may harm you, explaining what happened and what we did.
